The characteristics of a series of
Operator’s cab:
1, We have a great variety
of cabs, such as cabs for the overhead travelling
crane, portal crane, grab crane,
quay side container crane, yard container crane, stacker and reclaimer
, ship loader and unloader etc. Cabs are designed and manufactured professionally,
by which, the quality of products has been enhanced greatly , and our
products have been welcomed greatly by users.
2, we have diversified cabs, we can arrange
the layout, dimension and forms for various equipments according to
the customers’ requirements, such as, the alteration of location, number
and size, the adjustment of control panel etc.
3, The inner decoration is fine, the exterior
is good-looking, the max. Flat tolerance of exterior surface is 5mm
, which is near or even better than that of the common metals file cabinet
surface. By which, the operators can work in a best operating room, and the the work softly can be ensured.
4, cabs are designed according to the human
body engineering, the driver rooms are humanized more.equipments such
as air conditioner, heater etc. are equipped in cabs。Temperature isolation
layer is designed in outside wall, by which, the temperature in the
cabs can be reserved well.
5, The electricity equipments can be installed
while decorate the inner parts of cabs directly, which makes the layout
reasonable.
6, For getting better cab’s doors both in
rigidity and strength , steel temperature isolation doors are used in
our products.
7、For getting better sealing function, we don’t use those common building
material such as alum. Alloy, toughened plastic, and superior sealing
material are used for both doors and windows,all doors can be designed
in the form of closing slowly, common glass, toughened glass, and hollow
glass etc. are used greatly.
8, Rain scraper are fit on the front windows or other windows of the
cabs in order to pare off in the water in rainy day, we also can
arrange sunshading board and sunshading curtain according to users’
requirements.
9, The electrical system would been designed
and assembled according to the technical specification and standards
or criterion.
