堆料机悬臂皮带机打滑原因的分析与处理(摘要）

摘要：堆料机的悬臂皮带机在使用过程中，当悬臂上仰角度达到正常需要工作角度的某一值时，皮带会发生打滑现象，尤其是应用于运送铁矿和采用螺旋张紧或液压张紧装置张紧的悬臂皮带机，更易出现打滑的现象。本文从皮带机运行过程中打滑临界条件及各点受力情况分析入手，结合实际使用中发生悬臂皮带机打滑现象设备的结构特点和物料特性，分析其打滑原因，并提出多种解决办法。

Analysis on Reason of Belt Sliding on Stacker
Boom Conveyor and Its Treatment

Abstract: The belt on the boom conveyor of stacker might appear
sliding during service when the pitching angle of the boom
reaches some value which is in normal content needed for its
working, especially the sliding easily appears on the boom
conveyor which is applied to convey iron ore and is tensioned by
screw tension or by hydraulic tension equipment. By an empirical
study the sliding mechanism is analyzed and the solution is put
forward.
