堆取料机机械设计四要素,即功能原理、参数、机构、结构。
1、整机机型的设计:整机造型,实现功能的方法,成本构成与成本控制。各个机构的具体原理,重心位置的变化和轮压的变化。液压系统原理,电气的取料工艺与过程的设计,无人化堆取料机工艺与流程的设计;电气的联锁与保护。不同地区和国家的标准与规范的执行与实施。设备的安全与环境保护;设备的可靠性和可利用率。
2、整机参数的设计:整机功能参数设计,几何参数设计,运动学参数设计,动力学参数设计等。
3、整机的机构设计:斗轮、悬臂皮带机、俯仰、回转、走行装置的机械设计。各个机械与机构的原理设计与分析。功能与动作的实现手段与方法。
4、整机的结构设计:结构的载荷与载荷组合,力的传递,结构的强度与刚度,结构的局部稳定性。整机的稳定性。必要的结构疲劳寿命计算。
四要素的最关键点是所简化后力学模型和数学模型不可出现错误和失败,具有合理的成本和性能。最重要的是要将小物理和小代数同工程结合起来形成产品,实现产品的安全、可靠、耐用。

The
four essentials of stacker-reclaimer
mechanical design are functional principles, parameters, mechanisms, and
structure.
1. The
model design of whole machine includes: machine modeling, function
methods, cost composition and cost control; specific principle of each
mechanism, position change of the center of gravity, and change of wheel
load; principle of hydraulic system,
electrical design of material reclaiming technology and procedure,
technology and procedure design of unmanned stacker-reclaimer,
electrical interlock and protection; implementation and application of
standards and codes in various regions and countries; machine safety and
environmental protection; reliability and availability of machine.
2. The
parameters design of whole machine includes: functional parameter design
of whole machine, geometric parameter design, kinematics parameter
design, dynamics parameter design, etc.
3. The
mechanism design of whole machine includes: mechanical design of bucket
wheel, boom belt conveyor, luffing, slewing and traveling devices;
principle design and analysis of each mechanism; means and methods for
achieving functions and movements.
4. The
structure design of whole machine includes: structure load and load
combination, force transmission, strength and rigidity of structure,
local stability of structure; stability of whole machine; calculation of
necessary structural fatigue life.
The key
point of the four essentials is that no error or failure is allowed to
appear in the simplified mechanical model and mathematical model and
reasonable cost and performance shall be ensured. And the most important
thing is to incorporate small physics and small algebra into product
engineering thus to realize safety, reliability and durability of
machine. |
